Services Overview

We provide done-for-you challenge funnel systems to help established coaches scale client acquisition. Services include funnel building, scripting, email sequences, technical setup, and ongoing optimization.

Payment Terms

Setup Fee: $3,000 USD (payment plans available - discuss with sales team)

Revenue Share: 15% of net profit from each challenge, calculated 30 days after challenge completion. Net profit = total revenue minus ad spend.

All fees are non-refundable once work commences.

Performance Guarantee

We guarantee you'll sign 20+ high-ticket clients in 90 days when you meet our requirements, or we work for free until you do.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must:

Run at least 2 full challenges within 90 days

Post daily on social media during promotion phases (10-14 days pre-challenge)

Attend mandatory training call

Send agreed community messages on time

Follow our scripts and strategy without unauthorized changes

Have an existing audience to launch to

Guarantee is void if requirements aren't met.

Your Responsibilities

You provide the audience, offer pricing, and deliver the live training content. We handle everything else - building, scripting, managing, and optimizing your challenge system.

Results Disclaimer

Results depend on your audience size, offer quality, pricing, delivery, and execution of our requirements. We provide the system and strategy. Your results will vary based on these factors.

Intellectual Property

All systems, funnels, and scripts we build for you become your property after payment. Our underlying frameworks and methodologies remain our intellectual property.

You agree not to share, resell, or disclose our proprietary strategies, systems, or training materials to third parties.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information, strategies, client details, and results confidential unless otherwise agreed.

Contract Term

Initial term is 90 days from first challenge launch. After 90 days, we'll discuss continuing the relationship. No automatic renewals.

Refund Policy

Setup fees are non-refundable once work begins. If you meet all requirements but don't hit 20 clients in 90 days, our guarantee kicks in (we work free until you hit 20).

Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for services rendered. We're not responsible for losses from market conditions, your execution, or factors outside our control.

PayPal Disputes

We automatically decline all PayPal disputes filed without first contacting our support team. Contact us directly for any issues - we're always available to help.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms with notice. Existing clients remain under their original agreement terms.
